I personally have always found it easier to change my eating habits for the better if I never thought of it as a diet. Nothing turns me off as much as thinking of cutting down on my food. Anyway I was never able to do that, I always ate my full even though I have been fighting type 2 diabetes since 1971.
It's all in how you choose and combine what goes into your mouth that makes the difference in what you weigh. You can enjoy really good tasting food without starving yourself and still be healthy and looking your best.
