I never did go on a crash diet, I couldn't if I wanted to lose weight. After 3 days I would eat everything in the house. I know that is a problem with so many people, they are just like me.
Don't crash, just tip-toe along and gradually lower your consumption of what you know is hurting your body. You will end up looking and feeling your best in just a matter of weeks and this will encourage you to go even further.
